Baker Bios
Meloni Anderson
Meloni is CBC's Kitchen Manager and has been a part of CBC for over 11 years. She makes sure the kitchen is well tended and people are fed. And, we're blessed to have her as one of our bakers. Meloni is also a fearless cook, taking on any challenge in order to feed people! She prepares and serves over 50 yummy homemade dinners every Thursday night to our church body. Each week Meloni makes our Rice Krispy treats and Swaziland delights, and prepares sticky buns and cinnamon rolls for us to bake fresh on Sunday mornings. Other special items to try are the limited time seasonal offerings ... look for them!
Jason Lopez
Jason is member of CBC's church staff and family. He is also a student at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California in Orange County. He enjoys baking for the Café but his real passion is Italian food, creating sauces and pastas. His goal is to one day be in the hotel restaurant business. Each week, our pastry case receives Jason's baked from scratch array of delectables, such as, snickerdoodle cookies, morning glory muffins, magic bars, and lemon blueberry coffee cake. We are very blessed to have him on our team!
