Rod and Mariah Mayer

My wife is a middle school teacher for CUSD and I serve as the Student Ministries Pastor here at Capo Beach Church. We are both very involved with the Red Door High School Ministry as well as the community we live in. Our different jobs and ministries affords us the opportunity to offer the hope of the "Good News" to those who are reluctant to visit any church. We partner frequently with homeless shelters, local food banks (Family Assistance Ministry) and plan foreign aid trips where we invite students from all walks of life to experience what lies beyond the O.C. We meet daily with students and parents to provide the assistance to weather the storms of the teenage years. We love the strong, caring and genuine community that is full of grace here at Capo Beach Church and we know that our heart's desire is to serve here, not because we have to, but because we've been blessed with the opportunity to do so!
